Beehive Insurance successfully hosted its first annual agency-wide Beehive Client Summit this week at the Miller Conference Center on the campus of Salt Lake Community College. While it was the first agency-wide summit, it was the eighth annual summit for the Beehive Insurance benefits team.
It was an opportunity for clients and Beehive Insurance associates to build closer relationships and comradery while steering focuses on the important matters of the current insurance world.
Clients, team members, and other guests were treated to breakfast and lunch during a day of guest speakers as they talked on a wide range of relevant topics for businesses.
Following breakfast, Scott Madsen, CEO of Cingo Solutions, spoke on the evolving and chaotic environment of consumer data privacy regulation. Gayle Schumacher, Senior Regional Director of Management Liability at the Cincinnati Insurance Company, then remarked on cyber claims.
After a break, Phil Dean, Chief Economists & Public Finance Senior Research Fellow at the David Eccles School of Business, spoke on economic trends and inflation, and he was followed by Sidney Bruce, CEO of ModHR, who discussed conflict resolution in the workplace.
Lunch then followed before a keynote address entitled, “How to Be the Chief Storyteller of Your Brand” by Matthew Clyde, Founder & President of Ideas Collide.
