Kelly Warren is more than just an insurance account manager—she’s a trusted advisor to Beehive Insurance’s customers.
“I love what I do,” Kelly said. “I love working with clients and helping them find the coverage they need. It’s a great feeling to know you’re making a difference in someone’s life.”
Kelly’s dedication to her job is evident in the way she approaches each client relationship.
“I always try to put myself in the client’s shoes and think about what they’re going through,” Kelly said. “I want to make sure they feel heard and understood, and that we’re doing everything we can to help them.”
According to Kelly, her approach to customer service is simple: listen, understand needs, and work to find the best possible solution. She credits her success to the relationships she’s built with her clients.
“I’ve been able to develop strong relationships with my clients because I truly care about their needs,” Kelly said. “I’m always there to answer their questions and help them find the right coverage.”
Kelly is particularly skilled at helping clients navigate complex insurance issues.
“Insurance can be confusing, and people don’t always know what they need or what their options are,” Kelly said. “But I’m here to help them understand, and to guide them through the process.”
One of Kelly’s proudest moments on the job was when she was able to help a client who had been denied coverage by another insurer.
“We were able to find a solution that worked for them, and they were so grateful,” Kelly said. “That’s the kind of thing that makes me love what I do.”
Kelly has enjoyed working for Beehive Insurance and the relationships she’s been able to build. Throughout her time with the company she’s realized that Beehive Insurance really is “More Than Just a Policy.”
“I’ve had some amazing opportunities here,” Kelly said. “I’ve learned so much about the insurance industry and about how to provide the best possible service to our clients.”
Kelly’s journey to Beehive Insurance wouldn’t have been possible without her long-time friend Dayna Riding, who also works at Beehive as an account manager.
“We’ve worked together through the years at four different organizations,” Dayna said. “We’ve both always been passionate about insurance. There’s something special about working with a friend you can really rely on. She’s a hard worker and is so great at what she does.”
At the end of a busy day, Kelly appreciates going home to spend time with her husband of 40 years and their two dogs. Looking forward to cruising and camping with her daughter and son-in-law help Kelly make it through tough times at work. Despite any challenges that may arise, Kelly remains positive and focused.
“There are always going to be obstacles to overcome,” Kelly said. “But if you’re committed to your clients and to doing the best job you can, you can get through anything.”
