Spencer has been in the Employee Benefits industry since 2020. He started out on the account management side where he learned to solve problems in the never-ending problem filled world of insurance. He loves to look at the whole picture and help collaborate and consult on best ways to make impacts not just in the short term, but over many years. Numbers and patterns have always come naturally for him; this helps him relate to the financial impact of a benefits package. Spencer is not afraid to fight for his clients. At the end of the day, he does his best to be a good person by just doing the right thing.
He married his high school sweetheart in 2012 and is a part time chauffeur to his 3 kids. His weekends consist of either some sort of sporting event or dance competition. When he is not at work, Spencer tends to spoil a good walk by playing golf. He loves to play pickleball and coach little league baseball. He’s hopelessly obsessed with Dr. Pepper and college football.
