Mark has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, offering a well-rounded perspective from both the carrier and brokerage sides of the business. He started his insurance career in New York City, learning all aspects of how an insurance company is run. Later he moved to London to help lead the international operations of a multinational insurer. During that time, he worked closely with Lloyd’s of London, gaining valuable insight into how insurance contracts are structured and how risk can be transferred.
For 10 years, Mark worked for a local agency where he was able to apply much of his previous experience in assisting clients with their insurance needs. For the last 20+ years, Mark has been President of Hatch Insurance Group, further deepening his expertise and leadership in the field. He enjoys helping his local, national, and international clients secure the right insurance solutions for their needs. Merging Hatch Insurance Group with Beehive was a milestone in Mark’s career. Mark is known for his ability to simplify complex insurance concepts, making them easy for clients to understand. Whether he’s advising on coverage, risk, or claims, Mark brings clarity and confidence to the table.
