Kim Wilson joined Beehive Insurance Agency in 2006 and brings more than 30 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry. She began her career as a claims adjuster with Aetna Insurance Companies in Denver, Colorado, where she spent several years building a strong foundation in claims management. While with Aetna, she handled Workers’ Compensation claims under the Wrap-Up Insurance Program for the construction of Denver International Airport in 1991.

Kim later joined Travelers Insurance Company, where she became a licensed Property Claim Adjuster and spent many years in that role, adjusting large commercial property claims. She also served as an onsite catastrophe adjuster during Hurricane Andrew—an experience that remains her favorite claim adjusting assignment.

Following her work in claims, Kim continued her career with Progressive Insurance Company, where she held roles in Customer Service Management and Training. There, she further developed her leadership skills and discovered her passion for the relationship-driven, client-focused side of the insurance industry.
After relocating to Salt Lake City in 2006, Kim found her professional home at Beehive Insurance Agency. She has since grown into the role of Lead Account Manager and is known for her dedication to client service, leadership, and deep industry expertise.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys a full and meaningful personal life. She married the love of her life in 2022 and is a proud mother of two amazing children, a daughter-in-law, and two sweet granddaughters who bring her immense joy. She loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, and entertaining. Kim takes pride in bringing a positive attitude to the workplace each day and values creating a supportive and uplifting environment for both clients and colleagues.
